At the end of the processing, a proper device places the machined soles in a collector.The automatic loader/collector can be enabled or disabled by a switch, so the machine can be operated manually. The main characteristic is being suitable for operations like engraving and decorations on the sole without standing by the machine.

Available in three versions:

1. RAPTOR: Standard version equipped with two spindles
2. RAPTOR_C : Two spindles as the Raptor with a device “C Axis” which allows to realize stitching grooves ,decorations,  plastic coating cutting on bicolor soles).
   The group is provided with an adjustable heating device in order to obtain a great result either on suede or synthetic material.
3. RAPTOR_C4: As Raptor C with the “C4 Axis” instead of the “C Axis”. Device which permits to realize four different processes on a single sole, being able to have on the same machine ,for example, two cutting wheels and two groove blades with different dimensions.

DESCRIPTION

Pantograph with automatic loading and V centering system.Equipped with a vertical loader,  where the sole is taken by suction cups and placed on the plane. The sole is centered by two V centers. After the centering, the sole is blocked by a high power vacuum pump and, if it’s needed, the centers get outside the plane to make easy the milling process (like Jordan).
