The spindle is now equipped with a pneumatic rise and with a manual regulation of the working height. This allows do other milling processes than Jourdan.

The new HMI system enables to modify the working conditions in a easy and intuitive way: it’s possible to choose the orientation of the sole to machine and it’s possible to select to work with one,the other or both the working surfaces.
That’s why KS16 fits perfectly into the conveyors.

Speed and dimensions. These are the strengths of this model which include in a small space all the characteristics to be considered one of the most competitive machines to make Jourdan millings.

The compatibility with the standard mills, allows the customer to avoid to have additional tooling costs.

Being equipped with a double (pivoting) working surface fitted with a high performance vacuum pump sole locking system, ensures a shorter loading time, because when the machine is working on a sole placed on one half of the working surface, the operator can load the next sole on the other half,setting it ready to work as soon as the first job is done.
